House Math is a U.S. residential home-valuation site operated from Dallas County and Collin County, Texas, United States. This policy describes the information we handle when you use house-math.com.

When you look up a house, we process the address you type so we can match a public location, gather listing and tax facts, and store an unowned valuation record for that lookup. Addresses are public facts about property, not a request that you identify yourself.

We do not create user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to run a lookup. You may email privacy@house-math.com if you have a privacy question; we use that mailbox only to reply.

Lookup records may include the address, public house facts, nearby sales, and listing-site estimates. They are not tied to a login. Do not submit personal notes about a person in the facts form.

We use hosting, database, and search providers to run the site. Those providers process data only to operate House Math. We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising trackers.
