1. House Math content
The House Math name, House Mark, software, interface, documentation, original report layouts, and proprietary models are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them except as the Terms expressly allow (personal use of a report you generated, and sharing its link).
2. Third-party content
Public records, listing-site pages, map tiles, and trademarks of others remain those parties’ property. Display of an excerpt or a copied estimate for comparison is not a grant of rights in the underlying compilation. See the Data Disclaimer.
3. DMCA notices
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (a report URL is preferred);
- your contact information;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We may remove or disable access to material in good faith. We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
4. Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe it is not infringing, you may send a counter-notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the same agent. We may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.
